The company
Mesos Data builds the infrastructure that lets licensed operators launch regulated market and trading products, and provides the risk management behind them, with compliance, auditability and financial rigour as non-negotiables.
Our thesis
Most gambling software treats compliance as something to retrofit. We inverted that: we design for the assumption that an operator, an auditor and a bank will one day need to examine exactly what happened, so that going live becomes a configuration change rather than a rebuild.
The result is infrastructure that a licensed operator can adopt with confidence, and that a regulator can examine with clarity.
Regulated-markets infrastructure with a few focused products on top, not a grab-bag of unrelated software.
The licensed operator accepts bets and holds customer funds; Mesos Data does not. We power the product and manage risk on our own account.
If it cannot be audited, it does not go live. Every claim on this site is a design requirement we hold ourselves to.
How we work
An operator stakes its licence on our software. We treat that responsibility as the primary specification.
Money is exact, boundaries are enforced by design, and money-critical paths are verified end to end before anything goes live.
What the software does is described plainly to operators, auditors and regulators. Nothing is disguised.
