Why operators trust the platform
A hard, code-enforced boundary keeps every piece of personal data inside the operating jurisdiction. The market-execution stack sees only anonymous references and USD amounts — never a name, a number, or a phone.
A hash-chained, append-only audit log records the full lifecycle of every deposit, bet, fill and payout. Any edit or deletion breaks the chain and is detected — the basis of a certification-ready evidence pack.
Cross-border money is never moved per transaction. The platform nets an entire period into a single, reviewed instruction that a human authorises — with a regulator-ready export attached.
The licensed operator remains the operator of record and data controller. Mesos Data is the technology supplier and data processor. Roles, reporting identity and revenue lines are all configurable per operator.
