Why operators trust the platform
A hard, code-enforced boundary keeps personal data minimised and access scoped to the minimum each component needs. Systems that do not need a name, a number or a phone never receive one, and personal data stays inside its jurisdiction.
A hash-chained, append-only audit log records the full lifecycle of every deposit, bet, payout and adjustment. Any edit or deletion breaks the chain and is detected, the basis of an audit-ready evidence trail.
Deposit, loss and time limits, cool-off periods, prominent addiction warnings with support links, and self-exclusion are enforced by the software, not left to good intentions.
The licensed operator remains the operator of record and data controller. Mesos Data is the technology supplier and data processor. Roles, reporting identity and configuration are set per operator.
